Do you feel exhausted and under constant pressure?
Are relationships around you becoming tense?
Coaching to help you take a closer look at your situation, understand what is happening in your life, and move forward with more confidence.
You’re capable, thoughtful – and still feel like something doesn’t quite fit. Whether it’s your work, your direction, your relationships, or a quiet restlessness you can’t name yet: this is exactly where the real work begins.
When your head is full, there’s no room for what actually matters.
When life opens up with too many options, or when a transition pushes you to rethink your path, coaching offers a structured, reflective space to explore your direction.
It helps you pause, understand yourself more fully, and find a way forward.
I`m György (George) Péteri, a coach and mental health counselor helping people redesign their lives in a world where our paths are no longer linear.
We now move through multiple chapters, transitions, and reinventions – often more than any generation before us. I believe longevity is one of the greatest opportunities of our time. With more decades ahead than we once imagined, the real question becomes not just how long we’ll live, but how well we’ll live those extra years.
My mission is to help you make intentional choices, clarify what matters, and create a life that grows with you. Whether you’re standing at a crossroads, rethinking your direction, or seeking deeper meaning, I support you in turning transitions into opportunities for clarity, resilience, and vitality.
Because living longer isn’t just about adding years to your life – it’s about adding life to your years.
My credentials:
Grief recovery group facilitator – Napfogyatkozás Egyesület Budapest
Integrative mental health expert – University of Szeged
Business and team coach – Budapest Metropolitan University
Economics MSc – Corvinus University of Budapest
How I Can Help
As a coach and mental health counselor, I offer more than just accountability – I offer thoughtful partnership grounded in psychological insight, reflection, and practical tools.
Whether you’re seeking clarity on a specific decision or reimagining the path ahead, together we untangle your thoughts, reconnect with your values, and create a clear, intentional path forward.
What’s On Your Mind?
Most people arrive not with a clear problem, but with a feeling that something has to change, that they’ve been running on autopilot, or that the gap between where they are and where they want to be keeps growing. These are the questions we work with.
You may be navigating a moment of change, uncertainty, or possibility – and asking questions that shape who you want to become.
“What does success mean to me now?” “How do I make choices that support both stability and fulfillment?” “What possibilities am I not seeing yet?”
Future Planning & Freedom
“How do I make decisions today that support my future self?” “What does a secure and flexible future look like for me?” “How do I prepare for the future without sacrificing the present?”
Relationships & Connection
“How do I care for others without losing myself?” “How are my relationships changing, and what role do I want to play?” “What does a healthy connection look like for me now?”
Identity, Growth & Meaning
“What impact do I want to have in the world – and in my own life?” “What gives my life meaning beyond roles and expectations?” “How can I create more joy, presence, and authenticity?”
Well-Being & Longevity
“What habits will truly make a difference to my long-term health?” “How do I build a life that supports energy, vitality, and balance?” “What does conscious, intentional living look like for me?”
If you don’t have all the answers, you don’tneed to explore them alone.

A few weeks ago I went to Italy with my kids to ski for a few days. During the first two days it was snowing constantly, covering the slopes with fresh, soft snow. Many people found it uncomfortable – visibility was poor, the surface unpredictable – but I have always…
Every January, the same advice floods the internet: how to stick to your New Year’s resolutions, how to build better habits, and how to finally follow through this time. Despite all this guidance, most people experience the same outcome. By February or March, motivation fades and resolutions quietly disappear. Not…
I used to run long distances. And I struggled to balance work, family, training, renovating our home, and trying to figure out what I actually wanted to do with my life. Then I read an article from ultrarunning coach David Roche that rewired how I think about stress. He wrote:…
